Asan Oeam Village is referred to as a living folk museum. It still preserves the rural appearance of the late Joseon Dynasty, which is why it was designated as Important Folk Cultural Property No. 236 by the state. The village maintains traditional Korean houses, and most residents engage in agriculture, allowing the traditional rural village scenery to remain intact. When I get tired of teaching, I go there to get some fresh air. In spring, I visit to enjoy the season; in summer, I go there because it’s summer; in fall, I visit to appreciate the autumn; and in winter, I return to experience the winter again. If you want to shake off the fatigue of city life, visit Asan Oeam Village.
